Unlike having your eyebrows tinted in many hair salons that apply hair dye to tint eyebrows, Flirt & Flutter uses products specifically formulated (i.e. vegatable dyes) for eyebrow hairs. Brow hairs are very fine, therefore one should take caution when applying chemicals to this area. If applied incorrectly, one could suffer complete loss of eyebrow hair.
